Speaker 1:

If you've ever felt like you're doing all the right things in fact, you're working so hard but life feels stuck. This episode will help you unlock the frequency that you've been missing. There is a force that is within you that is so ancient, so biological and spiritually encoded, that it holds the blueprint to your success, to your happiness, to your healing, to the relationships that you've always wanted, to your wealth and your reality. Mystics spoke of it in symbols. Neuroscientists are only beginning to catch its signal, and yet it's been hidden in plain sight and talked about for so long, rewires your nervous system, shifts your electromagnetic field and broadcasts a quantum signature that tells the universe exactly what you're available for and most magnetically wealthy people on earth. They don't chase abundance, they embody it, and at the core of that embodiment is one frequency gratitude. Now I really wanted to talk about gratitude in how to actually create this when you've been in a toxic relationship Because my name is Dr Emmancourt and I, too, have been in toxic relationships, and I, too, have been in toxic relationships Embodied gratitude where it's like a somatic state, a heart-filled resonance, a biochemical symphony. It actually is quite hard to cultivate when you're being abused every day. So I wanted to really talk about this and be really open and real about this and then really look at okay, what is it that gratitude actually does and why is it that we want to learn how to cultivate it? Because it's not about a performance or a list etc. Or a socially conditioned gratitude when we're told we have to say our thank yous and our pleases. It's much more than that and we want to learn how to empower that. In a way, this episode is a bit like an activation. I'm not here to teach you about gratitude, but I want it to be activated in your body, your cells, your subconscious, just through listening to this, you know, because actually, using specific linguistic frequencies and neuro-spiritual patterning, we can activate and reprogram and start dissolving scarcity loops and rewiring your neural pathways in your brain to look at abundance, to look at health, to look at healing, when actually the most the thing you really want to do is look at scarcity, lack, fear. We want to get to a specific space where we feel presence over pressure, to love over fear. Let me explain why I really wanted to do this episode.

Speaker 1:

I would say I really struggled with feeling gratitude because when you've been in a toxic relationship, the opposite of gratitude has been happening. You're living in fear, you've been told, and you're watching the birds fly above you and you're captivated by the sky. If there's clouds, you're just in awe of the clouds. If there's rain, you're in awe of the rain, you're in awe of the rain. It's like in that moment you're just so taken aback and feeling so much gratitude for being alive and you're watching that bird and you just feel so grateful that this world is just so wonderful. You feel so free and it's that point that you're almost like you're one with the creator. Because you're in awe of the creator, you're grateful for whatever is in this moment and you're able to be present.

Speaker 1:

You see, most people think gratitude is about writing lists. But the real magic happens when you move from thinking grateful thoughts to becoming the vibration of gratitude, when you're looking at that sunrise or sunset, or you're looking at your child and just wondering how incredible, how is it that they've grown so much? And they're so incredible. Like I really love their personality. It's when your heart field becomes coherent, that's when your brain chemistry shifts from surviving to receiving and that's when your wealth timeline shifts, unlocks, because your body finally trusts it is safe to expand.

Speaker 1:

Let's really look at the science of this for a moment, breaking it down neurologically. When you activate real embodied gratitude, what happens is your amygdala, the fear scanner. It starts to slow down and you exit hypervigilance and you enter restoration. So your whole body can relax and it can start to heal and your prefrontal cortex, which is the decision-making vision goals part of the brain vision goals part of the brain lights up, expanding focus and future thinking. There's been so many studies that just to write down your goals, you are 42 percent more closer to actually achieving your goals than those that don't write them. But I was thinking about it and I was thinking well, hang on a minute, so many people that have been in toxic relationship don't actually even know what they want. Well, this is the reason why. It's because your decision-making vision goals part of the brain isn't able to expand its focus or think about the future, and so the first thing that needs to be done is actually just heal the nervous system before you can really think about okay, what is it that I want? You can't even really think about whether you want to stay or go from the relationship until you feel safe enough to be able to decide what is it that I want, moving forward, and then make a list what is it? What are my life goals? What is it that I truly want?

Speaker 1:

Your vagus nerve also becomes activated when we activate gratitude. It enhances digestion, immunity and emotional regulation, and your heart's electromagnetic field the most powerful field in your body becomes more coherent. Studies from the heart math institute show that it synchronizes brainwave patterns, increasing clarity and intuition. Then it's like you know what you want, and then neuroplasticity kicks in. The more you feel gratitude, the more your brain wires it for you. So this isn't woo-woo, this is bio-spiritual technology. Gratitude is not a mindset hack. It's actually a frequency that restores your biology.

Speaker 1:

Now, why did I want to do this podcast? Why is this so important for me? To actually share this with you and get real with you. Look, I had a really interesting experience yesterday and I've been feeling like I'm really moving forward. I'm taking some time to actually really think about what is it that I really moving forward? I'm taking some time to actually really think about what is it that I want, moving forward, and feel like I'm making steps and really feeling another level of frequency and energy, about moving on from toxic relationships in a big way about moving on from toxic relationships in a big way. I haven't really engaged with my ex and I haven't been around toxic individuals. Unfortunately, I saw my ex yesterday and it was so interesting that even without speaking to him, he managed to say a few things to my daughter to pass on to me that I looked really old I looked about 10 years older than before and obviously so that he could feel better about himself that without him I must be aging so badly.

Speaker 1:

I'll be honest, I'm embracing a new phase in my life where I'm no longer dying those greys anymore. I'm embracing who I am in lots of different ways. This healing journey has been incredible for me on such a soul and deep level where I'm really learning to accept myself and really move away from anything that feels inauthentic to me in this phase of my life. And part of that is embracing and finding out who I am and not wearing the clothes that I had to wear and being the person that he wanted me to be. And it's so liberating and sometimes you just forget and I remember thinking, wow, there's he telling all the teachers that he's got it all together and that my son has a terrible life when he's with me and actually he's the one that creates structure. This is the man that pays no child maintenance, doesn't pay any expenses, hasn't done ever since the divorce and has been ad hoc in taking care of the children.

Speaker 1:

I just thought, yeah, it's normal. It's normal for people that have toxic traits to devalue. This is part of the cycle, so why would I expect anything different? And after a while I did find that I was feeling triggered Because it'd been so long that it irritated me for about 10 minutes. And then I realized I am so lucky. I am so lucky I don't live in that anymore and I spent the rest of the evening just feeling and embodying so much gratefulness, just feeling so grateful. And sometimes, when we're really moving forward and you will find this, when you start to move forward it's like they haunt you or they trigger you and you're like, oh no, I'm back to square one, I haven't made any process, but it's not. It's something different.

Speaker 1:

It's like the final goodbye. It's like a time to appreciate how far you've come. You've finished something or you've created something like a shed, and it's time to actually step back and look at it and appreciate how far you've come, just to take that moment of gratitude to go. Wow, that looks really good. I've done a good job there and I feel really pleased with what I've achieved so far.

Speaker 1:

It's actually a moment of pause to appreciate that you're not living in that anymore, or that you're not in that anymore. You're not living in that anymore, or that you're not in that anymore. So I want to invite you right now to place your hand on your heart and breathe in and out through your nose and, just while you're with me, feel your body soften and let this moment hold you and repeat in your mind I am safe to receive, I am safe to hold more love and my body knows how to feel. Allow gratitude into every cell of my being and let your awareness drop from your mind into your heart and let your whole body feel gratitude for who you are, for how much you've endured and you're here, and imagine a soft golden light pulsing from your heart, just the frequency of gratitude, like a love, a blanket of love all around you. It's not about being thankful for something, it's not about being thankful with something. It's just visualizing the waves of gratitude to your breath, to your brain, to your ancestors, for your body that keeps you alive, for your future that is awaiting you, and let your body remember how good it feels to feel good. Remember how good it feels to feel good.

Speaker 1:

Neuroscience tells us what you fire together, you wire together. So if you're around people that remind you to focus on luck, that you're not good enough, it's normal that your brain learns scarcity and it's okay. But if you're wired together for compliance and you strengthen that stress response, you can interrupt those patterns with appreciation of who you are and start creating new neuro pathways. Sometimes we might think I don't have enough money. Just take some moment to be grateful for the experiences you have, because every wound, when we hold it in love and we hold that pain in love, becomes wisdom, because we can see that actually I've learned so much from this experience that I'm coming someone different. And that appreciation allows you to see the level of presence that you have and the power that you have and what it is that you want to give and what it is that you want to receive, and just even that is really powerful. It's about reclaiming your authority, your presence, your power, not through effort you don't need to be working harder anymore but through energetic coherence.

Speaker 1:

So let's take it deeper. Think of a current challenge Instead of bypassing it with toxic positivity or telling yourself off. Ask what strength is this building in me? Maybe it's teaching you about boundaries, or refining your worth so that you know your worth, or maybe it's activating your leadership because you're meant to create something incredible. This is gratitude as a transmutation. It says I don't need it to be perfect to find its gift. And when we can wrap something up in wisdom and see the gift that it is, it creates wealth for us Wealth in love, wealth in money, wealth in time, wealth in health. It actually allows us to create more abundance in something that feels good, and that's what we want to anchor into our nervous system. So maybe when you touch water in the morning, whisper thank you. Maybe when you feel that shower and knowing that you are worthy to be alive, these micro moments become neurological anchors and that shifts your baseline line from survival to appreciation.

Speaker 1:

Attitude is not something you do. Gratitude is, it's like it is you, but it's beneath the noise and the irritation and the frustration and the aggravation that toxic relationships create, and we want to get to that peace so that it's activated over and over and over again. If this has helped you shift something inside. Maybe it hasn't completely made sense, but you just feel a bit calmer. That's what activating gratitude can do, and if you want to heal more, you want to achieve more, you want to succeed and you don't want the narcissist or the toxic person to hold you back anymore.

Speaker 1:

Your energy, your presence is what will make the difference to the world. It means the world to me that you're even listening to this, and that is what actually makes the difference. It begins with your ability to be present in the now and to give yourself a cloak of love around all the parts of you that are in pain, and sometimes it just starts with hey, I'm so grateful. I'm not that person that goes around trying to break people down and make them feel bad about themselves. I'm grateful. I'm not that Just knowing and feeling that freedom within yourself.

Speaker 1:

That is wisdom. It's you cultivating your wisdom and then thinking, okay, what do I want to do with this wisdom? It's not about focusing on that person, because the more you focus on them, the more energy you're expending on them, the more you're actually moving out of gratitude and moving into something that's negative for you, that's not good for your body, but the more you can actually stay in gratitude and actually embody it and program it into you, the more you're actually practicing being loving towards yourself, having compassion towards yourself, having understanding towards yourself without judgment and that is the key here and if you're wanting to really heal yourself and look at creating a new prosperous self. I am looking at taking on people in June for a program that I'm creating called the Prosperity Code, and it's for people that really want to shift their life in a big way. Please do book in a one-to-one session with me if that's you, and we can talk about if this is right for you. In the meantime, I'm sending you so much love Till next time.
