Welcome, this is Dr. Amencour, and today we're exploring how you can evolve yourself. You can be in control. Truly evolve your life to become who you want to be. Because every single one of us is operating a system inside of us, an architecture that can upgrade your biology, it can rewire your identity and restore your capacity to move beyond survival into creating the life that you desire. Today I'm going to reveal something that has been misunderstood for decades, not just in spirituality, not just in mindset work, but even within psychology and neuroscience. And it's a deep cut, an untold story. And once you hear it, you will look at things in a different way. You'll look at your identity, your transformation, or your manifestation in a completely new way where you start to see it is possible. Here it is, quantum leaps are not just about timeline jumping and woo-woo stuff. They are about identity state switching. It's a biological and neurological, a consciousness-level shift that happens inside a micro gap, a small space, a gap. This gap, this is what we call the quantum gap, is the moment where your old identity dissolves and your future identity becomes possible. And it's not magic, it's not bypassing, it's not dreaming, it's not delusional. It's actually looking at biology. It's looking at the seeing yourself and seeing the biology of your body as an architecture. And it allows you to evolve, to build something different. So let's look at the science behind this so you know exactly how to create a life that you want and create a shift within yourself. Most people don't know this part. In physics, the original quantum leap wasn't discovered on purpose. They didn't even know it existed. It was discovered by accident. And a lot of the most amazing things in science have been discovered by accident. Scientists were studying atoms, these tiny things, and they noticed something that broke every rule. The electrons weren't moving gradually. They weren't climbing energy states like climbing stairs, if you like, step by step, like how we would imagine a plane flying, going from ground level to being in the air. What was happening was they were disappearing from one state and then reappearing in another. And we couldn't see, we couldn't observe that in-between state. And this is completely wild, okay? In a world where we've been told we must have a clear plan, do your business plan, a step-by-step plan, a logical process. Like we believe what's possible for us and what's not possible for us based on where we are right now. But nature itself is saying, you can change without a path. And at first, this actually terrified the scientific community because it was mystical, it was discontinuous, you can't see it happen. A leap without a path, a shift without a bridge, a change of state. Not just a change of location, but a change of state. Imagine if you saw something in one state, someone that was really poor, and then all of a sudden they vanished and then returned in a completely different state. Wealthy, rich, happy. unusual, so scary. But the truth is, we see this all the time in real life. We don't actually see what someone creates a different state to become a different person. And if we can look back into science, here's the deep cut most people never hear. Electrons don't change because they want to. They change because their energy state changes. They elevate their vibration and frequency to a higher level because their energy state changes. This is crucial when you want more success, you want more wealth, you want better health, you want deeper and more loving relationships, when you want to even really cultivate self-love, self-worth, understanding for yourself, or the courage to even live your purpose. You have to change your state. Not your thoughts, not your affirmations, but your state. Trying to be positive is just a way of trying to change your state. Doing affirmations is just a way of trying to change your state. You can't force a quantum leap. You can't push it, you can't manifest it on command. A quantum leap happens when your system receives enough energy that it becomes incompatible with its old identity. Really let that sink in and think about how does this apply to you? Can you receive enough energy where you are right now becomes incompatible with who you used to be? To change your circumstances, you must understand what creates your state. Because your state comes from your nervous system, your brain, your emotional body. And a lot of your emotional body is connected to your brain and your nervous system. And also your identity architecture, who you believe you are right now, what you think is possible for you right now, your belief grid, your internal energy economy. Like how much energy are you spending maybe on somebody else trying to make them happy? Do you have enough energy for yourself to make that quantum leap? Most of the spiritual community talks about quantum leaps like their magic, but identity evolution, the real kind, is deeply biological. You don't leap because you visualize harder. You leap because your system becomes unavailable for your old identity. You leap because your system can hold the energy of a new identity. Your energy changes, your decisions shift, and your actions then align. The shift has a name, it's the quantum gap. And let's talk about this gap because this is really important. Because this is where the transformation actually happens. Transformation doesn't happen in the story that we tell ourselves, like I had a really bad life. It happens in the space. There's a microsecond, a biological pause between a trigger and your response. When someone's trying to upset you, there's a space between that. And what we want to do is create that space to be bigger and bigger, so that you can have more choice in how you respond. If you have trauma, that trigger becomes shorter, where you don't have space to be able to respond in the way that you want to. Someone does something, then you think, oh well, that's bad, what they did, and then you might think, oh, it must mean that I'm not good enough. They don't love me enough. Or the fear and the choice you make, whether you choose love over fear, whether you choose to have the courage to walk through the door of love rather than be fearful. The old identity and the new identity that's emerging for you. This microsecond is a moment where the field of possibilities open up for you. And in neuroscience we call this the synaptic pause or the pre-frontal override window or the introsceptive shift moment. It's a part where you can then access your what's going on inside of you. It's like a self-awareness. In the human evolution architecture, I call it the quantum gap, the micro moment where identity becomes something you can edit. In this gap, your old pattern loses dominance, and a new pattern becomes possible for you no matter where you are and what your situation, and your nervous system softens, and your consciousness widens. Your identity loosens of where you are right now, and your future self can influence what you do next to get to where you want to be. This gap is not conceptual, it's not woo-woo, it's not a dream, it is physical. And here's a second deep insight. Identity isn't who you think you are. Identity is a biological state that you're in. When you're low, your story drops with it. Like, for instance, something happens and you start spiraling into thoughts like, I can't do this, someone does something to upset you, and you are on a high and all of a sudden it all comes crashing down, and you think, I'm not ready for this, it won't work for me, nothing works for me. But when you're in a state where you feel strong and you feel like you're in your creative zone and you really feel confident and you trust yourself, those same events might happen, but it doesn't impact you. But it's like that saying, water off a duck's back. Because whatever story you're telling yourself actually follows the state that you're in. So first there's a state, and then you start telling yourself this story, like, oh, and then they did this, and then that happened, and then that happened. And then action follows the story. So if I'm thinking about what my ex, for instance, did to me, then I'll be going on about that in my head, and then my actions change. I might feel like I don't do as much, and then my reality follows what I'm doing in terms of the actions that I'm taking. This means you can't mindset your way out of a dysregulated identity. It's really about being honest with ourselves, and you can't journal your way into a regulated nervous system. It's not about thinking, it's about really allowing yourself to regulate your nervous system in a way that works for you. And you can't affirm your way into a new identity either if you have trauma or triggers or your nervous system isn't aligned. Ultimately, it all comes down to: are you still anchored in survival? And if you are, and sometimes we can think we're not in survival when we actually are, then you aren't able to make that shift. You can't do that quantum leap. This is why so many people say, I know what to do, why can't I do it? Why is it that I keep procrastinating or I'm in freeze or I don't really believe that it's possible for me and I'm hesitant or it doesn't work? Because the goal changes. You have a desire for something new, but your state hasn't. It hasn't shifted. Inside the evolution of self, when we're actually evolving yourself, we work with your identity, not as a concept, but as a system, the whole system. Looking at your brain, your body, the whole system as a whole. You have subconscious predictive codes. It's wired into your brain. You will do things without thinking, and afterwards you'll be questioning yourself, why did I do what I did? They're like tiny internal scripts that determine what you do by default, it just happens. And we call these like micro-identity like algorithms, if we want to think about it as in social media. They decide how you set your boundaries, how you tolerate conflict, how you receive your money, how you hold visibility, how you are in relationships, how you interpret feedback, how you process emotions, how you even ask for what you want, and how you relate to the world. They are fast, it's automatic, and sometimes it's invisible, you don't even know you're doing it. But when we're inside that quantum gap, for a fraction of a second, they can loosen. It's like doors open, and in that moment you can choose differently, not by force, but by accessing a regulated state where your future identity can take over and help you make the right decisions about the right next move. This is the real quantum leap. And here's the part that no one really talks about. After every quantum leap, there's always a gap or a latency window. The delay between your internal shift of who you're now and allowing the external world to catch up with you. I really want to do this. So your state changes and you're like, yeah, I really want this, and all of a sudden you have clarity, and then your behavior evolves, and you want to take different actions, and then your results shift. But most people collapse during this gap. You're changed inside, but the external world hasn't reflected your new identity. And so then what we can do is we can assume that all this work I've done, all this sh leap I've done just didn't work, and then they slide back into old patterns, and then the old state takes over, so nothing actually even changes. But if you really look at how human evolution occurs and the architecture for it, the delay is not a failure. The delay is proof that it is happening. Your system has to rewire, your brain has to update, your algorithms of what you're focusing on has to shift, and your biology has to stabilize at that new level before it can be seen in a new space. Just like the atom disappears and reappears in a new space, there's this time lag. This is identity evolution. This is the leap, this is the gap doing its work. And the only reason people can't access this state is because sometimes we're tied to the old emotional identity, the old identity, the old emotions, way of thinking, and it keeps pulling us back into the state that we've always been. Not because you're broken, not because there's something wrong with you, but because you're still biologically unidentified with the old way of being. And this happens a lot when people have had trauma, they've got old trauma that they just get re-triggered over and over again. So let's just practice what entering the gap could look like, where you create some stillness and space for yourself. And really, the reason why I'm doing this podcast today is that we're coming up to Christmas and a lot of people will start doing more. But really, we should be taking some time to really think about where you want to be in 2026, the new you, the new year. So let's take a moment together if you are able to close your eyes and just for a few minutes, just relax and inhale gently and hold for two, sip in a little bit more breath, and excel slowly so you tell your nervous system it's safe for you to relax. And right at the end of that exhibit, notice the stillness, the empty space, the nothing, the spaciousness. This moment mirrors the quantum gap. Now bring your awareness into your heart center and just ask yourself, who am I? Allow whatever arises. Don't worry about the thoughts or the feelings. Allow whatever arises. Then ask, what do I want? What are my deepest desires? Let the thoughts, images, or sensations come. And then finally, what am I grateful for? And just return to your breath pure awareness, pure being. This right here is the state where evolution begins in the quantum gap. This is where you can choose differently. You can override old patterns. You can anchor in your future self, and you can regulate your biology. You can initiate quantum level evolution for yourself. Because evolving yourself or evolution isn't dramatic, it's actually microscopic, it's architectural, it's what's happening inside your body. It's a system, and the system upgrades one gap at a time.
